I haven't gotten the new waste pickup calendar at my door or in the mail yet, and it seems like most of my neighbours haven't either - over half of the people on my street put their garbage out last night instead of tonight.
If you need it, here is a link to the calendar for the Whitby Shores and other nearby areas - aka "Tuesday Area 3". It's a PDF file so you'll need Acrobat Reader for PC to read it. Mac users, you're already set.

Good thing: This calendar is not only easier to read, but holiday exceptions have been simplified.
Bad thing: in order to get to the calendar from the website, you first have to click on and load a PDF containing a map of the pickup areas. On my modestly fast laptop that took 10-15 seconds to load *after* downloading, and then click you have to click on your area in the PDF to open another PDF with the calendar. That's not very intuitive and would take forever for dial-up users (the map alone is 3.5MB, 8 minutes to download at 56kbps on a good day)
