Does anyone have anymore information with regard to the development going in the old psych lands? We have noticed many machines clearing the land and making lots of noise etc. however we're curious if they were planning to keep the tree line - as it still seems to be intact??? (Let's hope they do!!) Wouldn't that also be a great selling feature for the builder " mature trees"
Senator Homes has on their webpage a new Lake Side community in Whitby, I think that is what the land down there is being cleared for... there is a map on their website where the homes are going.... maybe not the parcel you're talking about, but I am sure it's all pretty close....

Thanks... we knew it was senator homes... but just curious - what the final verdict was with regard to semis/singles etc. and what their date of completion was etc. Also really hope they keep the trees! It is VERY noisy though, scared to think this may be going on for a LONG time!!
I signed up to be on their "registration list" so as I get emails from them, I'll pass along the info re types of homes... if you haven't already done the same
