The other evening my husband and I were walking our dog on the sidewalk on the south side of Victoria around Bayside Gate. All of a sudden a young man (late teens early 20's) came speeding past us from behind, pushing me into my husband and screaming in my ear to "look out!'. It was obvious that he did this on purpose because he could have very easily ridden on the wide grassy boulevard to go around us. My husband did yell at him, calling him an A**** and telling him to ride on the street where he belonged. The young man then wanted to fight my husband: a man in his fifties,out walking with his wife and dog....nice. We simply carried on our way home, but it took quite a while for my heart to calm down. I hope this individual does not live in our area, but because he was on a bike may indicate that he wasn't that far from home.
