aren't you going online to see the newest movies. Changes are happening way too fast and video stores aren't opening. Rogers on demand is easier to upload then to drive to the local rental facilities. I think its time to look for a Pet Smart or a Licks with some great ice cream vs. a video store. Funny how the market shifts.
I have it on good authority that the last three units have been rented out to the developer building the 700 unit project to the south.
I think they plan to use the sapce as their sales office/sample selection area.

You mean the builder that incorrectly installed shower liners and tiles in our complex that will all need to be gutted and replaced when we found this info out after 6 years when the leak was noticeable in our kitchens?
You mean the builder that installed wood pillars on our homes without putting them on a base so that water seeped in and rotted them and needed to be fixed?

Oh boy.....talk about opening a can of worms.....I'm sure that there are numerous people on this message board who could write some long, long, long posts on their dealings with Liza Homes (myself included)! However, I doubt that the moderators have the server capacity to deal with them! (kidding).....
Since you mention the shower, I will limit myself to one of many stories that we dealt with....they installed/reinstalled the glass in our seamless shower a total of 4 times, before it would finally stop leaking....then when they finally got that right, the faucet literally started shaking one day, then flew off and hit the base of the wall opposite it, casuing water to leak down into the ceiling below!
Good luck to them with their new development in the area....they better hope that no prospective buyer talks to anybody from the neighbourhood.
Hopefully, their "Customer Service" has improved over time, so that, you know, they can now accomplish those challenging tasks such as "returning phone calls" or "understanding that people don't have 3 days to sit around waiting for the repair guy to show"! Heck, I'm still waiting for some of them to show.....
Saw some work going on yesterday (6th) at the end unit, and it looks like they are taking the whole end of the building. Didn't have a chance to stop and ask, but would love to know who's taking it?
