I was wondering if anyone out there had a idea of what some of the layouts are on Anchorage? particularly the townhouses....whats the builder???
I am just trying to get an idea of how big they are and whats on the main floor....ie.laundry room?
They are all Brookfield homes. Most are on the smaller side. I don't remember any main floor laundry rooms.
I've done some work on Anchorage and from what I can remember they are small...about 1400-1600 sq ft. Laundry room is in basements to due limited space on main floor. Good starter home for 2-3 people

If the kids are younger, or the basement is finished, you might be OK. You'd have to check out an "open house" and see how it would work for your situation

It's amazing how many people you can cram into a house - one house on our street same size as our's - 1400 sq. ft has 5 adults living it - plus of course the requisite number of cars that then park on the sidewalk and the street
