I really have to post this, just because it was so ironic.
Yesterday, when my husband and I were getting ready to head up North, we noticed that there was a snowplow basically parked in the middle of our street. There were two cars parked on the right side of the street and one car parked on the left side of the street blocking his passaged. The poor guy was just sitting there blowing his horn to no avail. My husband and another neighbour noticed this and proceeded to knocking on the doors of the nearby houses to get someone to come out and move the cars. They found one owner who moved the car on the left side of the street. The plow was then able to pass through and continue plowing. Not two seconds after the plow had gone through though, another car came and parked in the EXACT spot of the car that was moved. I ask you, how ridiculous is that!
I know we all complain about the parking situation on our streets and this is the first time I have ever experienced the cars actually causing a problem first hand. I really want my street plowed and don't want to end up like these people:
