Just found out that the terrible accident on Victoria Street Friday night...( i missed it by only seconds) actually took the life of a 60 year old lady who lived on SeaBoard Gate. I wasnt sure the accident was fatal, we actually thought someone went into the lake with the posts down but they didnt, the car did flip though. The drive home was bad that night and i think its soo sad someone lost their life.
My prayers are with her family.
i had a terrible feeling when I saw the police lights.....my prayers as well are with the family

....
Terrible....my deepest sympathies to the family of the lady in the accident.
That is horrible, I saw a women yesterday looking for something in that area, she looked very distraught. I hope she found whatever she was looking for. My condolences to the family.
I drove by the area where the accident took place and now it seems that this was totally preventable..now maybe the town will install proper metal gaurd rails instead of those stupid dinky posts with two wires attached. Hopefully they will act on this quickly as it seems like they wait till something bad happens before anything gets done. Next will be the crossing at Henry st. GO parking. Someone will get hurt or killed and then they will put proper crossing signals
I've seen the flowers tied there. That really makes me think everytime I pass by since yesterday. I believe george is absolutly right.
My deepest condolences to her family.
