I hope even one person reads this and changes their driving habits. I am sitting watching out of my window as cars are driving along WSG in a blinding snow storm. The only way I know they are there is when they put their brake lights on. People - please put your full set of lights on when conditions are like this. Daytime running lights are fine when the weather is good, but you need to be as visible as possible in this type of weather.
Sitting on the GO train coming home I am always amazed by the number of people who drive on the 401 without lights on when it's getting dark.
