There was a great showing of concerned residents at the April 21st Planning Meeting...Please continue to keep this on your calenders, as the issue is far from over.
After another "dog and pony" show from the ECOPlace developer, the floor was opened for comment, and there was lots of good comment (all concerns about the development, no pro-development comments).
Both of the Planning Dept resolutions were passed. They essentially said that the developer must submit all the asked for additional information and materials necessary to adequately assess and
consider the developer's application prior to any further consideration.
This is good news. We have some breathing room...but the developer will submit this material...that's the next round.
