Anyone can join the Garage Sale. Nicole asked you to let her know so you can get your address in the Friday paper, but apart from that anyone can have one. Lots of people decide at the last minute.
Just an fyi - looks like we may have a wet/cold day so make sure you can bring your stuff into the garage too for people to peruse or some sheltered area.

I'm selling a 2 yr old sit n stand stroller that we bought in the US-- good condition - but has broken canopy but can still be used (hubby tried to force it closed one very cold day).
I have soo much stuff i think i will need to start moving stuff out at 6am...LOL

We are selling a couch/chair set, a wood table with 2 chairs, a desk, a treadmill, various small kitchen appliances (blender, coffee maker, etc.) and lots of other stuff .... my boyfriend and I just moved into together so we have doubles of everything!

With the impending wet weather, I spent the better part of the day just clearing out the garage to make room to bring stuff up from the basement for the sale. I hope there is a good turn out with the soggy weather that is forecast.
Anyway, we will have lots of childrens toys, including a wagon, a stroller, cars seat, some bikes and a push car with a handle for Kellybean
.
There will also be lots of decorative knick nacks & kitchen stuff. Also some furniture (large vintage dresser w/mirror, small desk)

We probably had one of the smaller showings at the garage sale (just a couple of tables of odds and ends). We made $63 by about 11 am. I put what little was left at the side of the road marked free. It was all gone within 15 minutes. yayy!
We got pretty lucky with the weather. My wife & I got up at 6 to start getting ready and it was very wet outside. We almost rolled over and went back to sleep. Glad we didn't. The sun poked through for a few minutes while we were setting up and the rain held off until literally 2 minutes after 12pm. How lucky was that.
