My husband told me he saw a white truck driving very slowly and going in as close as it could to driveways and it looked like it was taking pictures. He said the van had some wording maybe Monitoring or something on it. Anyone else seen this?

I'm working on Lighthouse today and I 've seen the white truck. It's the cities traffic survey truck. I think they are taking pictures of cars parked on street...don't know why.
