Anyone else woken up around 3 a.m. by the guy in the townhomes yelling at his girlfriend, went on for nearly an hour on and off. Apparently this happens on a regular basis now. Not sure at what point the police need to be called. It sounds as though it could get REALLY violent at any minute.
Wow, tallships has been popular lately! Maybe he just got his letter and realized that she is the street parker....
On a more serious note, anytime you are concerned, you should probably call. Better safe than sorry if you ask me! If people are fighting that loudly at 3:00am, one would assume that it has to be a pretty big deal and could easily escalate.
Even if the officers just show up and tell them to keep it down...it may help the rest of you sleep!
We encountered that problem on Friday night...it was intense. Not sure where exactly it was coming from (im one street over from tallships)
We heard them too. These are newer people to the street and if they aren't screaming out front, they are screaming in back. No wonder so many houses are going up for sale on our street lately.
I knew this street was wacky...it's just as bad at my end of street.
These are newer people to the street
Actually he is not new - has been here since the beginning but the woman is a new addition.
So if this is a known ongoing issue I would alert the authorities to the situation. You do not need to, nor should you put up with disturbances like that. You might actually be doing them a favour...
Jabber.
Several of us have a "plan" in place so hopefully it will put an end to the disturbances.

Unless your "plan" involves contacting the police to register a) a noise complaint and/or b) a concern about potential domestic violence, personally, I would keep out of it.
I agree with Jabber....you could be doing them a favour, as well as solving a problem that is obviously annoying/concerning numerous neighbours!
