Hey Carpet Towne,

Thanks for "holding" the hardwood flooring for us until 1pm while I went home to check the measurement at 11am Saturday.

Thanks also for letting me know that you went ahead and sold it 20 minutes later when I called you back to let you know we would take the wood and to arrange for payment at 11:30am.

I will never use these knobs ever again. Talk about not honoring your word.

Mr. Stiles and his father at Carpet Towne are never going to get my business. I will tell this to all that will hear me. Beware Carpet Towne. Talk about mis-treating a customer. Low end.

Funny, we had a great experience with Carpet Town. I assume it's the one on Highway 2 in Whitby? We worked with a guy named Ron and he managed to beat several other offers. I guess it depends on who you talk to there.
